Tried this last night--I added some pepper, and used sliced/peeled yellow squash (par-boiled it along with fresh broccoli) instead of cauliflour, because that is what I had! Also, I used the Cornbread flavor of Stove Top stuffing. My husband and I loved it--I was even thinking I could cut back the veggies a bit and add some cubed, cooked chicken to make a one-pan casserole. I will defiitely make this again!

My daughter brought this for Christmas. She used fresh vegetables. It was great and a huge success.

I made this recipe for christmas dinner and it turned out great, everyone loved it, BUT I felt it was missing the aha! moment. The next time I made it, I added 1 pouch of Jimmy Dean Ground Turkey Sausage and 1/2 bottle of chilli Sauce, also used 1/2 of the PHILADELPHIA Savory garlic and 1/2 PHILADELPHIA Italian cheese & herb Cremes, IT WAS FANTASTIC!!
