Summer’s bounty of blueberries, raspberries and strawberries are mixed wtih fruity red gelatin, then spooned into a graham cracker crust for a refreshing summer pie.

What You Need

3/4
cup sugar

Tbsp. cornstarch

cups water

pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin

cup each: blueberries, raspberries and sliced strawberries

 HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)
1-1/2
cups COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

Make It

MIX sugar and cornstarch in medium saucepan. Gradually add water, stirring until well blended. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly; boil 1 min. Remove from heat. Add dry gelatin mix; stir until dissolved. Stir in fruit.

POUR into crust.

REFRIGERATE 3 hours or until firm. Top with whipped topping just before serving. Store any leftover pie in refrigerator.
