Summer’s bounty of blueberries, raspberries and strawberries are mixed with fruity red gelatin, then spooned into a graham cracker crust for a refreshing summer pie.

What You Need

cup  sugar

Tbsp.  cornstarch

cups  water

pkg.  (3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin

cup  each blueberries, raspberries and sliced strawberries
1
 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)

cups  thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Make It

MIX sugar and cornstarch in medium saucepan. Gradually add water, stirring until well blended. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly; boil 1 min. Remove from heat. Add dry gelatin mix; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Cool.

ADD fruit to gelatin mixture; pour into crust.

REFRIGERATE 3 hours or until firm. Serve topped with COOL WHIP.
