I have made this pie many many times and many different ways, they have all been great! I have tried it with different berries, tried it using sugar free jello and equal, tried it with other fruit and the jello flavor to match the fruit. Wonderful!! I have also put it in a regular baked pie shell. Very quick and easy.
Super easy to make and everyone loved it this weekend - kids and adults. I only used strawberries and blueberries and added only a few spoonfuls of sugar since the fruits were so sweet! I made one with red jello and one with blue. Everyone thought I bought them and then everyone wanted the recipe when I told them I made these.I used the fat-free cool whip but I think that doesn't taste as good.
