What You Need

can   (15 oz.) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained, rinsed
small  jicama, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
 green onions, sliced
cup  KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
Tbsp.  fruit seasoning with lime
lb.   seedless watermelon, rind removed and fruit cut into wedges, divided
large  cucumber, thinly sliced
large  tomatoes, thinly sliced
Tbsp.  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

COMBINE chickpeas, jicama and onions in medium bowl; set aside. Pour dressing into blender. Add fruit seasoning and 1/2 cup of the watermelon; blend 1 min. or until smooth. Add to chickpea mixture; toss to coat.

ARRANGE remaining watermelon wedges on serving platter along with the cucumbers and tomatoes. Top with the chickpea mixture; sprinkle with cheese.

SERVE immediately. Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Already cut-up watermelon, often in quarters or halves, can be found in most produce markets or in the produce section of larger supermarkets.

Summer is known for great farmers' markets! And they're a great place to find a wide variety of colorful tomatoes. Use them when preparing this tasty salad.
Make Ahead
Prepare dressing mixture and refrigerate in covered plastic container. Prepare fruit and vegetables as directed; store in separate resealable plastic bags. Refrigerate until ready to assemble.
