Prepare as directed, substituting 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen cut green beans for the fresh green beans and reducing the water to 3 Tbsp.
Omit water. Substitute 2 cans (14-1/2 oz. each) green beans for the fresh green beans. Place pepper strips in 1-1/2-quart microwavable casserole dish; cover with lid. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes. Stir in the drained green beans. Microwave 3 minutes; drain. Top with the heated CHEEZ WHIZ and sprinkle with the onions as directed.

Really good! I steamed the veggies in a pot rather than using the microwave & used Velveeta instead of the Cheese Whiz! Super delish! Will definitely make again!!
Veggies are a tough sell at my house and these were a definite winner.
