  • Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 15 min. before serving; let stand at room temperature to soften slightly. Serve topped with berries.

    I made this recipe for a cook-out. It was very good and those who tried it loved it, but it melted so quickly that it was a soupy mess shortly after bringing it out of the freezer. (It wasn't a particularily warm day either.) I doubt I would make it again as it's just too messy and doesn't appear appetizing to others when melted.
