Substitute a green or yellow pepper for the red pepper.
Substitute pearl onions for the red onion wedges. Blanch 24 pearl onions in boiling water 1 min.; rinse, then peel. Assemble kabobs as directed adding 3 whole onions to each skewer.
These kabobs are also delicious broiled! Assemble kabobs as directed. Place on rack of broiler pan. Broil, 4 to 6 inches from heat, 8 to 10 min. or until steak is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning and brushing occasionally with the remaining steak sauce mixture.

made w/fresh lemon juice which added quite a tartness...probably should stick w/ bottled. Either had bad squash or didn't receive sauce misture well..seemed bitter
this was very tasty! I added mushrooms to the vegetables and marinated the steak for 2 hours.
This was very good. I used baby bella mushrooms instead of the squash. I also added minced garlic to the sauce. The only thing that I would do different next time is double the sauce. There wasn't enough to really coat them good. I used the broiler instructions and it worked out great.
