Not too bad on calories or fat, this recipe both tasted very good and was lots of fun for the kids to help make. I made the recipe as directed, using cool whip for the frosting and red and green sprinkles (no marshmallows) and strawberry/banana jello. The cool whip made for a really nice, light frosting. Kids poked the holes and helped spoon on the jello in addition to helping with the cake itself.
A solid recipe I'm sure we'll make many times over during the summer and the only way I've ever actually liked a white cake.
