I cant say enough how good this way. So light and and just downright delicious!
I loved this recipe- it's the healthiest pizza I've ever had. To cut down the calories, I replaced the pre-made pizza crust with a Light Flat Bread (from Flat Out). It also made the entire recipe a perfect size for a single-serving pizza.
