Made this recipe with low fat chicken instead of beef for a "Heart Healthy" Recipe for my husband. My hungry boys: 15, 19, and 22 found it a "cool " meal on a warm evening too. (On another occasion, I added sliced mushrooms, feta cheese, shredded carrots, and crumbled up a few low fat turkey bacon slices left over from breakfast for a different taste/variety!!!) Gave a choice of dressings: ALL LIGHT: Thousand Island, Ceasar, and Honey Mustard! All satisfied big appetites!!!
