  • Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 4 min.; drain. Cool.
  • Combine pasta mixture with all remaining ingredients except cheese and basil in large bowl. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Top with cheese and basil before serving.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy Peasy This salad is very tasty. Just a few remarks. You must rinse the pasta in cold water to stop cooking and stop sticking together. As I cut up my veggies I put them in a bowl with some of the dressing already in it so they can marinade. You must chill the salad at least 3 hours before serving to get the most flavor. And, since the pasta will soak up the dressing you must add some and toss just before serving.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Summer Veggie Pasta Salad This was a tasty, refreshing salad. It was easy to prepare but this variety of pasta tends to stick together and stack on top of itself. Perhaps tossing with a little olive oil after draining would help. We all enjoyed it and it stayed fresh for several days. I would fix it again.
