  • Preheat oven to 450ºF.
  • Toss cauliflower with dressing in medium bowl; spread onto foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake 20 min. or until tender.
  • Place in medium bowl. Add basil; mix lightly.

Bacon Ranch Roasted Cauliflower

Prepare as directed, omitting the basil, using KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing, and tossing the cooked cauliflower with 6 slices cooked and crumbled OSCAR MAYER Bacon and 2 thinly sliced green onions before serving.

Curry & Almond Roasted Cauliflower

Prepare as directed, omitting the basil, using KRAFT Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing mixed with 1 tsp. curry powder, and tossing the cooked cauliflower with 1/2 cup each dried cranberries and PLANTERS Sliced Almonds before serving.
