I have made this dip 4 or 5 times so far. I bought the jar of sun-dried tomatoes and a jar of crushed garlic and had it on hand in the refrigerator for whenever I wanted to make the dip. The only change I made to the recipe was omitting the chives because I'm not a big chive fan. I have served this with veggies, tortilla chips and various kinds of crackers! Very easy and quick to make and EVERYONE loves it!
