  • Process egg, cream cheese and tomatoes in food processor until blended.
  • Place chicken in 2-qt. baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  • Bake 20 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).

Serving Suggestion

    This recipe worked very well for me, the glaze didnt taste great, but it made the chicken very moiste & white. Everyone at the table loved it.
