Sun Dried Tomato Grilled Chicken & Vegetables recipe

What You Need

1/2

cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing, divided

small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)

each red and green pepper, cut into strips

cups hot cooked long-grain brown rice

Make It

HEAT grill to medium-high heat.

POUR 1/4 dressing over combined chicken and peppers in shallow dish. Refrigerate 10 min. Remove chicken and peppers from dressing; discard dressing.

GRILL chicken and vegetables 12 to 15 min. or until chicken is done (165°F) and peppers are crisp-tender, turning and brushing occasionally with remaining dressing.

SERVE chicken mixture over rice.

Substitute

Substitute 1 quartered zucchini or 2 cups whole mushrooms for the red and green peppers.

So yummy!! Entire family loved this one. Very nice flavor; it compliment the veggies nicely. Will definitely keep this recipe and make again.

I have used the Kraft Sundried tomato dressing on chicken and steak since the dressing came out. I use nothing else for my marinades and the taste is fantastic! Its also good on pork chops, whole chickens and grilled vegetables.

This is one of my favorite Kraft recipes. I have made it many times both for our family & for guests. It's hard to believe that it is so quick & easy. I use Sun-dried tomato dressing for many things.

My husband loved this!! We did make it in the oven though and it was super juicy. From the other reviews I did not make the rice.

This is the first recipe I've tried from this site and it was absolutely amazing!!! I pan-fried the chicken on the stove and let the outside burn (just a little) for some added flavor... truly a fantastic recipe!
