Sunset Punch

Sunset Punch recipe

This sweet and citrusy Sunset Punch is named for its glorious color. Feel free to serve it at sunrise, sunset—or any time in between!

Makes about 1-1/4 qt. or 5 servings, about 1 cup each

What You Need

cups  cold pineapple juice
cup  TANG Orange Flavor Drink Mix
bottle  (1 L) ginger ale, chilled
 Ice cubes or cracked ice

Make It

POUR pineapple juice into punch bowl. Add drink mix; stir until completely dissolved.

REFRIGERATE several hours or until chilled.

STIR in ginger ale just before serving. Add ice cubes.

Special Extra
Prepare as directed, doubling all ingredients. Pour half of the punch into ice cube trays. Add a mint leaf or raspberry to each compartment. Freeze until firm. Place one or two frozen cubes in each glass before filling with the remaining punch.
Prepare as directed, substituting cranberry juice cocktail for the pineapple juice and/or club soda for the ginger ale.
Substitute a large plastic or glass pitcher for the punch bowl.
