Prepare as directed, doubling all ingredients. Pour half of the punch into ice cube trays. Add a mint leaf or raspberry to each compartment. Freeze until firm. Place one or two frozen cubes in each glass before filling with the remaining punch.
Prepare as directed, substituting cranberry juice cocktail for the pineapple juice and/or club soda for the ginger ale.
Substitute a large plastic or glass pitcher for the punch bowl.
