The tangy sunshine flavor in this broccoli and bacon salad comes from the one-of-a-kind dressing—a mix of mayo, orange marmalade and vinegar.

What You Need

slices  OSCAR MAYER Selects Uncured Turkey Bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1/2
cup  KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise

Tbsp.  orange marmalade

Tbsp.  white vinegar
6
cups  fresh broccoli florets
1/2
cup  chopped red onions

Make It

COOK and stir bacon in nonstick skillet on medium heat until done.

MIX mayo, marmalade and vinegar until blended.

COMBINE bacon with all remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add mayo mixture; mix lightly.

REFRIGERATE 1 hour.

Add 1/4 cup dried cranberries and/or sunflower seeds to salad before refrigerating.
Shortcut
Prepare using 1 pkg. (12 oz.) pre-cut fresh broccoli florets. Look for them in the produce section of larger supermarkets.
