What You Need

qt. (12 cups) cold club soda

can (12 oz.) frozen limeade concentrate, thawed

pkt. (makes 2 qt. drink each) CRYSTAL LIGHT Lemonade Flavor Drink Mix*

qt. (4 cups) raspberry sherbet

Make It

ADD club soda and concentrate to drink mix in punch bowl; stir until mix is completely dissolved.

SCOOP sherbet into punch just before serving.

*NOTE: CRYSTAL LIGHT Packets come in two sizes. Please note packet size before preparing recipe.

Sherbet adds color and flavor, as well as acts as ice cubes to chill the punch.

To Halve

This recipe can easily be halved. Prepare as directed, cutting all ingredients in half. Makes 9 servings, 1 cup each.

I made this for a baby shower over the past weekend and it was a hit! A double-batch was gone in less than an hour. I didn't change a thing and it was quick, easy, refreshing and delicious. My punch bowl only fit 2 batches but I would have ingredients on hand to make a 3rd because it goes fast!

made this for a retirement reception at an elementary school. Everyone loved it, kids and adults alike. I was unprepared for how popular it would be, I had a hard time keeping the punch bowl full. Super easy to make on sight while the party was going on.

I used the rainbow sherbet (all my store had), Sierra Mist, and Country Time Lemonade. I really wasn't impressed and the frothy sherbet kind of grossed me out near the end. I didn't care for the flavor too much. The kids were rather impressed though.

I have made this for every baby and bridal shower I've hosted. It's a hit! Very refreshing.

I made this for the kids on Easter. We found this to be very tart/sour. My store doesn't carry raspberry sherbert, so I had to use the rainbow sherbert. Perhaps that had something to do with it (because of the lime). Mostof the kids liked it and the adults said it would have been great as an adult drink w/ alcohol.

I made this punch for my daughter's graduation open house and it delicious. Ended up filling the punch bowl twice as it was gone fairly quickly. Very refreshing and compliments other desserts, food items.

YUM!! I made this for a baby shower. The store was out of raspberry sherbet so I used a lemon/raspberry swirl sherbet instead. Delish!

I just had this yesterday at a Bridal Shower and it was a HIT!!!!! Everyone loved it and had seconds and thirds. I would make this for a grop of people in a heartbeat:-) I helped to put ingredients together and noticed she had the recipe printed from this web-site. So, needless to say, today I searched for it and now have it in my recipe box!
