What You Need

can (8 oz.) pizza sauce, divided

pkg. (7-1/4 oz.) KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Dinner, prepared as directed on package

lb. extra-lean ground beef, cooked, divided

egg, lightly beaten

1/2

tsp. dried basil leaves

1/4

tsp. garlic powder

1/2

cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

RESERVE 1/4 cup pizza sauce. Combine prepared Dinner, 2/3 of the meat, remaining pizza sauce, egg and seasonings.

SPOON into 9-inch pie plate. Top with remaining meat, reserved pizza sauce and cheese.

BAKE 15 min. Let stand 5 min. before serving.

It was not very good. I used 14oz of pizza sauce and it still was a little dry. Too much hamburger meat and the cheese did not melt nicely on top.

This is an awesome recipe. Hats off to kraft. Only changes I made was used a 15 oz can of pizza sauce and some extra cheese. Yummy!!

Everyone loves this recipe. I use a 1/2 pound of ground beef and add canned mushrooms and sliced pepperoni. It is delicious!

Pretty good. I substituted whole wheat macaroni dinner, and ground turkey browned with garlic and onion. It was very tasty.

This was a hit for dinner. I should have made two because it was devoured and I was wishing for leftovers. I substituted ground turkey and whole grain mac-n-cheese - just as yummy!

Needs some extra seasoning. Next time I will add all the meat with the mac & cheese and just add the remaining sauce and cheese on the top.

This is an awesome recipe! My family asks for it at least twice a month! It's quick and it's very easy to make. All of my daughters friends love it and want to give the recipe to their moms. My daughter, who just got married, tried it on her new hubby and he loved it too! Thanks Kraft!
