Ratings & Reviews

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good recipe. Very good recipe. I made this with chicken breasts instead and it turned out very good. It needs to cook for an extra ten minutes than what the recipe called for. I am not a fan of Miracle Whip but it tasted very good on this recipe. The only thing that I didn't like is that I crushed the stove top up into too little of pieces. It wasn't crunchy like it was supposed to be. Next time I will take it easy on the crunching. Overall, a very delicious and simple recipe.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from no so great. no so great. the stuffing didn't stick real well and seemed to brown way faster than the chicken was cooking and therefore came out a little too dry and kinda hard. overall, the idea is a good one and the taste was pretty good. i'll definitely give it another try, maybe with some slight changes to the original recipe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I crushed the stuffing mix to about half-size crumbs. I crushed the stuffing mix to about half-size crumbs. This made more of the mix to adhere to chicken. Served with wild rice; added some green peas and sliced almonds after rice finished boiling. Also served with grilled pineapple slices. All went together beautifully, very tasty, palette and eye appealing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe is a hit with my whole family. This recipe is a hit with my whole family. This is their favorite way to have chicken now. I have made this several times now and they never tire of it. One tip - do not use Miracle Whip as a substitute. It tastes funny when done so. Only use real mayo. Excellent recipe, I can not say enough about it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have been making this many, many times, its great. I have been making this many, many times, its great. I have also made it with chicken breasts, but cooked it a litte less time. I liked one of your viewers tips for making it in smaller pieces, and using it as an appertizer. I certainly will try it at my next party.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very tasty! Very tasty! The chicken thighs I purchased were large so I decreased the oven temp to 350 after 15 minutes at 375 and baked them 10 minutes longer for a total of 40 minutes. Delicious! Served with creamed corn. Yum
