What You Need

cup chopped red onions

Tbsp. KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing

can (14-1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained

 green pepper, chopped
1/2
cup pitted black olives

 frozen haddock fillets (1 lb.), thawed

Make It

COOK onions in dressing in large skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stiring occasionally. Add tomatoes, peppers and olives; mix lightly.

TOP with fish; cover. Simmer on medium heat 8 to 10 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.

SERVE fish topped with sauce.

For a flavor boost, add minced garlic and crushed red pepper to taste to the cooked onions with the tomatoes, peppers and olives.
