Super-Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

Peanut butter. Sugar. Egg. Peanuts. That's it. These super easy peanut butter cookies are the real deal—simple and scrumptious.

What You Need

cup  PLANTERS Creamy Peanut Butter
cup  sugar
cup  PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts, chopped

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

MIX first 3 ingredients with large spoon in medium bowl until well blended. Add nuts; mix well.

ROLL dough into 24 balls, using about 1 Tbsp. for each. Place, 2 inches apart, on baking sheets. Flatten each ball, in crisscross pattern, with fork.

BAKE 12 to 15 min. or until lightly browned. (Do not overbake.) Cool on baking sheets 3 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.

Storage Know-How
After cookies are completely cooled, wrap in plastic wrap and place in airtight container or freezer-weight resealable plastic bag. Cookies can be frozen for up to 1 month. Thaw cookies at room temperature before serving.
