I used ***** of broccoli, baby broccoli florets, 4 oz. ***** cheese and rest of recipe. Came out delish! Will make again and again. such a versatile recipe. Loved it and so easy to make.
This recipe is quick, easy and very versitile! I actually only had regular rice (not instant rice as recipe states) and just cooked it for 15 min on the stove and added extra milk. Turned out perfectly! Come to think of it, you could use chicken instead of tuna, or broccoli instead of peas...whatever you happen to have on hand!
It was ok. I will probably make it again because its quick and easy, but we didn't love it.
