COOK spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken, garlic and pepper sauce; stir-fry 2 min. Add peas; stir-fry 3 min. or until chicken is done.
ADD barbecue sauce, peanut butter and soy sauce; cook and stir 1 min. or until sauce is thickened.
DRAIN spaghetti. Serve topped with chicken mixture.
