  • Top each tortilla with half the filling mixture and 2 Tbsp. lettuce.
  • Roll up each tortilla. Wrap in plastic wrap.

Substitute

Prepare as directed, substituting KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese and KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing.

Serving Suggestion

It's the salad dressing and cheese adding to the calories. Use 2% shredded cheese, whole wheat tortillas and Fat Free Dressing. With these substitutions, this will be great for my Vegetarian daughter to pack for school lunches!

This is by no means healthy even with all the veggies. A way to get a salad into a lunch????? Not a healthy salad, however you can make a healthy version of this. Dont let the fact that there are veggies fool you.
