I HAVE MADE MANY FLAVORS OF JELLY BUT COULDN'T FIND ONE FOR PEACH OR NECTARINE. ONLY JAMS WERE LISTED. I MADE JELLY FROM BOTH OF THE ABOVE FRUITS AND THEY ARE A GREAT. I HAVE GIVEN AWAY MANY JARS AND GET GREAT RAVES FROM EVERYBODY. ONE FRIEND SAID SHE AND HER KIDS SAT DOWN AND ATE THE WHOLE JAR IN ONE DAY....THEY SAID THEY HAD NEVER TASTED SUCH A WONDERFUL JELLY. MY FAMILY HAS A LITTLE EVERY MORNING FOR BREAKFAST AND SOMETIMES A PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY SANDWICH FOR LUNCH.
