better than plain peach jam by far! I needed to use a 1/2 pint of raspberries, so I added it with the peach to equal 4 cups. Will be making this every time we get peaches from our tree.
I made this today, but I added a little too much sugar 7 cups. turned out nice anyway. I'm going to be giving these away for Christmas! It made 8 1 pint (8oz) Jars for me. I would make it again with less sugar!
very sweet, but good. However, I think it could use a spice to diversify the flavor so it doesn't taste like raspberry flavored sugar. Still, a good jam.
