Very good. Chopped the fruit, once the peels were removed, in a mini food processor...turned out great.
I didn't have any limes, so I used a lemon instead, with a shot of lime juice. It would probably have been prettier with the green peel, but the proof is in the tasting. Oh man, it is marmalade with a little bit of an attitude! Love it!
