  • Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread shrimp, pineapple and vegetables alternately onto 8 skewers, using 2 skewers placed side-by-side for each kabob.
  • Mix barbecue sauce and juice concentrate until blended. Reserve half the sauce mixture; brush remaining sauce mixture onto kabobs.
  • Grill 4 to 6 min. or until shrimp is done, turning and brushing occasionally with reserved sauce mixture.

Special Equipment Needed


Substitute 1 drained can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks in juice for the fresh pineapple.


If using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water for 30 min. before using to assemble kabobs to prevent them from burning on the grill.


Prepare as directed, substituting 1 lb. skinless salmon fillets, cut into 1-inch chunks, for the shrimp and increasing grilling time to 8 to 10 min.
