What You Need

1/4
cup  PLANTERS Creamy Peanut Butter
1/4
cup  A.1. Sweet Chili Garlic Sauce
 Juice from 2 limes (about 1/4 cup)
1
lb.  boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch-wide strips
2
Tbsp.  chopped fresh cilantro
1
 green onion, chopped

Make It

HEAT grill to medium-high heat.

MIX first 3 ingredients until blended.

THREAD chicken onto 12 skewers.

GRILL 4 to 5 min. on each side or until done. Transfer to platter; brush chicken with peanut sauce. Sprinkle with cilantro and onions. Serve with remaining peanut sauce.

Note
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 min. before using to prevent them from burning on the grill.
Use Kitchen Shears For Chopping
When recipes call for chopped green onions, sun-dried tomatoes or fresh herbs, use kitchen shears to snip these ingredients into small pieces. This is quicker and easier than chopping with a knife and cutting board.
