  • Combine remaining ingredients; spoon into shells.
  • Broil, 6 inches from heat, 3 to 4 min. or until heated through and lightly browned.

How to Parboil Zucchini

Bring 2 qt. unsalted water to boil in large saucepan. Add zucchini; cook 4 to 5 min. or just until tender. Drain.

    I made this recipe and my family loved it including my 7 year old son. I did however add some garlic salt to the mixture to give some more flavor otherwise it is kind of bland.

    very good, we don't eat meat so I omitted the ham, it was still very good...would 'jazz' it up with seasonings, but still good
