  • Combine greens, nuts and cranberries in large bowl.
  • Add pear mixture and remaining dressing; toss lightly. Serve immediately.

To best complement the flavors of this salad, prepare the salad dressing using rice wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar, and olive oil.


Substitute 1 pkg. (10 oz.) torn spinach leaves for the mixed salad greens.
