  • Heat greased grill to medium-high heat.
  • Mix barbecue sauce, sugar and garlic until blended. Reserve half the barbecue sauce mixture.
  • Grill fish and vegetables 4 min. on each side; brush with remaining barbecue sauce mixture. Grill 2 to 4 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning occasionally and brushing with reserved barbecue sauce mixture.

Substitute

Prepare using swordfish or halibut steaks.

Special Extra

Stir 1 tsp. fresh dill into the barbecue sauce mixture.
