Skewer shrimp on long wooden or metal skewers. Cook as directed. When ready, remove from skewers and spear each shrimp with a toothpick. Serve with dipping sauce.
Leftover shrimp can be tossed in a green salad. Use leftover dipping sauce as a salad dressing.

Prepared this recipe along with some BBQ baby back ribs corn on the cob and salt Potatoes for Memorial day ! Huge hit ~
It came out great. I used a vidalia onion dressing and added cilantro to it for the marinade. We aren't fans of the one in recipe. The dip was the best part I also made steak kabobs & it was delicious on everything. I did change it to miracle whip though we don't do Mayo, (high cholesterol) :)
