  • Cook veggie burgers as directed on package.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add kale; cook 1 min. Stir in apple juice; cover. Cook 3 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in apples and shallots; cook, covered, 8 to 10 min. or until kale and apples are crisp-tender.
  • Combine remaining ingredients; stir into kale mixture. Cook, covered, on medium-high heat 3 to 4 min. or until mixture comes to boil, stirring frequently.
  • Serve kale mixture with burgers.
