  • Blend first 3 ingredients in blender until smooth.
  • Dip wings, 1 at a time, in barbecue sauce mixture, then in nuts, turning to evenly coat both sides of each wing. Place in single layer on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min. or until done.

    I made these for a party. Everyone raved about them. I won't make it again unless I have plenty of time. These make a huge mess! They stuck to the foil too!

    The flavor was delicious! I had no peanuts so i substituted with a bit of cashews... i think any type of nuts will do here. It is true, however, this is nothing like the crispy-skinned chicken some people will be expecting. But it's good anyways.
