What You Need

each: red and green pepper

Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened

slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Ham

Make It

CUT peppers lengthwise in half; remove and discard seeds. Cut each piece into three lengthwise strips.

DRY insides with paper towel; spread evenly with Neufchatel.

PLACE one pepper strip on each ham slice; wrap ham around pepper. Secure with wooden toothpicks.

Substitute OSCAR MAYER Light Bologna for the ham.

This was a great snack/meal! I substituted the ham with turkey. Very healthy and very tasty!

I made these for my husband's card party. And all the men loved them. I also made them for Father's day, well liked. It was a recipe my two young children (6 & 10) could help.

Made it for my Diabetic Support group at church. It was loved by not only them, but the rest of the church as well. Very easy to make. I used red, green AND yellow peppers for an even more festive look.

Very easy to make. I used thick ranch dip instead. Very pleasing! Also good with turkey!

i made this for my husband and my 7 year old, but i added some ranch dressing to the cream cheese, and they both loved it!

Very easy and very good. I would make sure that the cheese is room temperature next time in order to make it easier to spread on the sweet peppers.
