What You Need

lb. sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/2
cup  chopped red pepper
1/2
cup  chopped celery
1/2
cup  chopped green onions
8
slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, drained and chopped
3/4
cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
3
Tbsp. lime juice

Make It

PLACE potatoes in large saucepan with enough water to cover. Bring to boil. Cook 10 min. or until tender; drain. Immediately rinse under cold water; drain and cool in large bowl.

ADD red pepper, celery, onions and bacon to potatoes; toss lightly.

MIX mayo and juice until well blended. Pour mayo mixture over potatoes; stir gently. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
