What You Need

cup  orange juice

small  cones (about 1 oz. each) piloncillo (Mexican brown loaf sugar), coarsely chopped
3
 arbol chiles, torn
3
 allspice berries

tub   (10 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Savory Garlic Cooking Creme

lb.  sweet potatoes (about 6 large), cooked, peeled and thinly sliced

cups  KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

slices  OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

Make It

COOK first 4 ingredients in saucepan on medium heat 10 min. or until reduced to 2/3 cup, stirring frequently. Pour through strainer into medium bowl. Discard strained solids. Reserve 1/4 cup juice mixture for later use. Add cooking creme to remaining juice mixture; whisk until blended.

LAYER half each of the potatoes, cooking creme mixture and mozzarella in 3-qt. microwaveable dish; repeat layers. Top with bacon; drizzle with remaining juice mixture.

MICROWAVE on HIGH 5 to 7 min. or until casserole is heated through and cheese is melted.

Sprinkle with chopped fresh chives or green onions just before serving.
Use Your Oven
Omit microwave. Assemble ingredients in casserole sprayed with cooking spray; cover. Bake in 350ºF oven 30 min. or until heated through.
Substitute
Prepare using 1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread instead of the cooking creme.
