Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is a nice twist to potato salad. This is a nice twist to potato salad. My family liked it. I added sweet pickle juice to the Miracle Whip dressing to thin it out a bit. I will also peel and cube the sweet potatoes next time when I boil them to ensure they are softer in the middle. I will try this dish again.
