It is preferable to use fresh rosemary in this recipe. However, if you don't have fresh rosemary, you can use 1 Tbsp. dried rosemary leaves instead.
To prevent pork chops from curling, score the fat at 1-inch intervals around each chop before cooking as directed.

I thought it was very good. My husband said he thought maybe a little less syrup, but I didn't think so -i thought it was great! Bacon was good witt it, but not a staple to the recipe. Also didn't have green onions, so chopped up regular and sautéed w chops. It Was good and added a texture. Will def. make again!
wonderful flavors-I used balsamic dressing -not italian.
Great tasting in every bite.
