Rated 5 out of 5 by from It was Delicious! It was Delicious!! But I did have to add some ingredients. I use double the amount of sweet and sour, a splash more balsamic vinaigrette dressing, Some minced garlic, Sliced up Sweet Onion, and 1 1/2 carrots sliced up. I added them when it says to add the peppers. then at the end i added pineapple. It was so good that my fiance took the leftovers for work today!

It was a great hit with my daughtet who is the oldest and my pickest eater (went bk for 3rds). I did swap the white rice for the brown and used "Lite" Balsamic Vinigrette. My husband was very happy to hear that we had l/o's. I know what he's having for lunch :).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great taste, and easy to make! Great taste, and easy to make! I substituted a package of frozen mixed stirfry veggies for the green peppers, and added sliced almonds to jazz it up a bit, and give it some texture. Also after it's cooked you can add some pineapple chunks, if you like the taste, my huband doesn't but I do so I added them with mine , really yummie!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from When I tasted the sauce before I added it to the chicken, it tasted purely like balsamic dressing. When I tasted the sauce before I added it to the chicken, it tasted purely like balsamic dressing. I added more sweet and sour sauce, and soy sauce to tone down the balsamic taste. My husband really liked it, however if I make it again, I will only put a splash of balsamic dressing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Super taste! Super taste! I made a few changes, I used a california blend of frozen mixed veggies, and a red pepper(didn't have a yellow) and added 1t. honey and 1/2 t. minced roasted garlic, the presentation and flavors were very tasty. This one will definitely be a a regular in my weekly menus.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I used pork strips instead of chicken, and they were very tough. I used pork strips instead of chicken, and they were very tough. I also had to add more seasoning salt because the sauces just didn't do it for us. My husband and son didn't want it at all. I think I'll try again but this time I'll use chicken and other seasonings.

The only thing I did differently was to place my 2 cups of frozen broccoli in a microwave safe dish with a tablespoon of water and cook on high for 4 minutes while I prepared the other ingredients. The dish was ready really quick and easy for a mid week dinner.
