  • Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread meatballs and peppers alternately onto 8 skewers.
  • Microwave jam in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 15 sec. Stir in barbecue sauce; brush half onto kabobs.
  • Grill 8 to 10 min. or until meatballs are heated through, turning occasionally and brushing with remaining jam mixture for the last 2 min.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with hot grilled corn on the cob and 1/2 cup of your favorite cooked pasta.

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water 30 min. before using to prevent them from burning on the grill.

I mixed the jam with peanut sauce for a Thai flavor. Wonderful taste! New angle on "sweet and sour.

I baked the meatballs in the oven and topped with the sauce (I doubled the sauce recipe). Delicious and easy.

Easy to make, not a big fan of the apricot bbq sauce. It was kinda too sweet
