  • Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add enough water to reserved juice to measure 1-1/3 cups.
  • Mix cornstarch, vinegar and soy sauce in small saucepan until cornstarch is dissolved. Stir in pineapple juice and ketchup. Add sugar; mix well.
  • Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly; cook on medium-low heat 2 to 3 min. or until thickened, stirring constantly.
