  • Cook and stir chicken in hot oil in large skillet on high heat 3 min.
  • Add vegetables and garlic; cook and stir 5 to 6 min. or until chicken is lightly browned.
  • Stir in all remaining ingredients except rice; cook 2 min. or until chicken is done and vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve chicken mixture over rice.

Variation

Substitute frozen mixed stir-fry vegetables for the fresh vegetables and/or lite soy sauce for the hoisin sauce.

    We were not very impressed with the flavor. The catalina dressing was over powering. I may try this again and use Ialian dressing instead.

    I like it a bit more spicy so i added 1 oz. of Texas Pete and nuts, like peanuts, go well in this wonderful recipe.

    Very good...I left off the crushed pepper until I served my daughter...a little to spicy for her. Hit the spot when craving Chinese food. I added lots of yummy vegetables. And I would say serves 2-3 hungry adults.
