  • Place coconut in microwaveable pie plate or shallow dish. Microwave on HIGH 1 min.; stir. Microwave 1 to 1-1/2 min. or until golden brown, stirring every 30 sec. Let stand until cool.
  • Mix COOL WHIP and dressing in large bowl until blended.
  • Add fruit and marshmallows; mix lightly. Stir in coconut. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 2 hours before serving.
