I made this last night. I didn't have the garlic and herb mix, so I used the Italian dressing one. It was yummy!It makes a lot!
This was good however my husband wasn't quite sure he liked the texture of the bulgur. But overall the flavor was very good and refreshing.
Never having made tabbouleh before, I bravely made this for a luncheon of 12 women. To my surprise, they all enjoyed it and complimented me. One large tomato seemed to be more than enough, therefore, I didn't add the second one called for in the recipe.
