cups  instant white rice, cooked, cooled

 tomatoes, cut in half, seeded and chopped

 cucumber, chopped

bunch  green onions (about 5 onions), chopped
1
cup  chopped fresh parsley
1/2
cup  finely chopped fresh mint leaves
1/2
cup  KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1/8
tsp.  black pepper

Make It

COMBINE rice, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions in medium bowl.

ADD remaining ingredients; stir. Cover.

REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour before serving.
