What You Need

lb.  beef skirt steak, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1
pkg.  (1 oz.) TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix
1
lb.  (16 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1
 tomato, chopped
2
 green onions, chopped
1/4
cup  chopped fresh cilantro
1
jar  (7.5 oz.) TACO BELL® Mild Sauce

Make It

COOK meat with seasoning mix as directed on package, substituting the chopped skirt steak for the ground beef. Spoon into large microwaveable bowl.

ADD remaining ingredients; mix well.

MICROWAVE on HIGH 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 3 min.
