I adjusted the recipe by cooking the meat with a little salt and garlic powder along with the onion. After the dish was complete I topped it with fresh cilantro and avocado. We loved the dish and I definitely will make again. Also think I will add a few chopped black olives. I did divide the leftovers and am freezing part of it. Hopefully it will be great out of the freezer.

I am a small eater but I went back for seconds and needless to say everyone else did too, so there were no leftovers for tomorrow. I will difinitely make this when my family comes to visit us. It was quick and easy. I crumbled nacho chip on top of everything before serving.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was a perfect meal on a cold day that was quick 7 easy. This was a perfect meal on a cold day that was quick 7 easy. I added black & kidney beans & I cut my onions so when cooked they kind of looked like the noodles. My kids aren't picky eaters but if they see something they think they don't like, then they won't eat it. This way they won't be able to tell. They LOVED it!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this for my kids. I made this for my kids. We wanted to make it like the spaghetti tacos they have seen from iCarly so we took the mixed up pasta and up it in taco shells, then topped it with the lettuce, cheese and sour cream. It was so good. I'll definitely be making it again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this recipe for dinner last night. I made this recipe for dinner last night. I skipped the salsa & added fresh, mashed avocados. It really tasted great. I also used medium shell noodles instead of the long spaghetti. Next time, I'm going to try the tri colored spiral noodles.

Made this for my niece's Birthday for a change from her favorite tacos and everyone loved it! The flavors came together great. The only change I made was I didn't include lettuce. I did a salad on the side instead. Good quick & tasty meal.

I've made this recipe before but used chili Ramen noodles (seasoning packet and all) instead of the spaghetti and it comes out great!! Seasoning packet gives it lots of flavor and a little bit of spice.
